Please note: While you may have already completed an application form, this was only an expression of interest. It is essential that you now complete this enrolment form, even though it may ask some of the same questions. This step is necessary for legal compliance reasons. We understand that this may seem repetitive, and we are committed to reducing the amount of bureaucracy involved. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
Please note: If you are joining mid-programme and have agreed a fee reduction with an authorised staff member, we will update your form with the correct fees and start date before invoicing. Not all programmes offer fee reductions, and prior authorisation is required.

Other organisations include the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, Adviza, Job Centre Plus, Local Authorities, Office for Students, Higher Education Access Tracker (HEAT), Awarding Bodies, Local Enterprise Partnership, educational institutions and organisations performing research, destination capture and statistical work on behalf of the college, the government or partners of those organisations. The LRS uses this data to create and maintain a unique learner number (ULN) for the purpose of verifying prior qualifications. With your enrolment at Newbury College you are agreeing to the provider or their destination partner conducting a follow up exercise to capture your destination and progression. This is used by the Department of Education (DfE) to monitor future success of learners and is a requirement for a provider's ability to perform their public task. Higher Education Students only: All HE students will be surveyed by HESA 15 months after graduation (Graduate Outcomes survey), to monitor and improve the quality of provision.
