Italian Valentine's Dinner
Celebrate romance this February with a culinary journey at The Restaurant at Newbury College. We invite you and your loved one to join us for a specially curated Italian Valentine’s Dinner, where traditional flavours and elegant pairings create an unforgettable evening.
Your experience begins at 6:30pm with an arrival reception featuring a classic Italian canapé and a crisp glass of Prosecco to set the mood. Throughout the night, you will enjoy a meticulously crafted five-course menu, with each dish thoughtfully paired with a premium Italian wine to enhance your dining experience.
Our chefs have prepared a menu that highlights the best of Italian regional cuisine:
- Arrival: Sausage-Stuffed Fried Olives served with Prosecco.
- Starter: Earthy Mushroom Ravioli, perfectly complemented by a glass of Nebbiolo.
- Fish Course: Pan Fried Sea Bass with Tomato & Capers, paired with Settesoli Vermentino.
- Main Course: A vibrant Pea Risotto with Roasted Chicken, served alongside Soave.
- Dessert: The classic indulgence of Tiramisu, finished with a sweet Vin Santo.
