We’re excited to have you with us and can’t wait to help you get started. Welcome Week runs over three days and is designed to introduce you to college life, your study programme, and the support available. You’ll take part in a mix of welcome activities, subject induction sessions and special events.
- Subject-based induction: meet tutors, tour facilities, and begin practical/technical activities.
- PPD: Sessions that build skills like teamwork, communication and confidence.
- Fairs: Meet the external organisations who come to share information, opportunities and support
When to arrive (Day 1)
There are different start times depending on your subject. Arrive around 10 minutes early for your start time and check the registration point below.

What’s next? (Day 2 and 3)
On Day 2 (Wednesday 03 September) and Day 3 (Thursday 04 September) you should go directly to your base room at the start time for your subject (see Day 1 times).
Your base room will be confirmed by your tutors on Day 1. If you missed Day 1 or don’t know your base room, please report to Reception when you arrive and we’ll direct you to the right place.
