Throughout the programme you will explore key topics such as digital promotion techniques, search engine optimisation (SEO), social media, email campaigns, content creation, and data protection.
You'll apply your learning through practical, real-world activities, and develop the skills needed to attract and engage customers online, measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns, and produce high-quality promotional content.
Alongside technical skills, you'll also build valuable professional competencies including communication, teamwork, independent learning, and problem-solving, preparing you for your next level of study or entry-level roles in digital marketing and business.

Entry requirements
You will need five GCSE passes at grade 3 or above, to include Maths and English.
You'll have an interest in core business functions and developing specialisms that support business operation including Digital Support and Security, Management and Administration, Marketing, and Media, Broadcast and Production.
An interest in business functions specifically digital communication.

Assessment
This programme is assessed through an internally assessed and externally moderated portfolio of evidence. This means you'll complete a series of tasks, activities, and practical work that demonstrate their knowledge and skills across the units.

You must complete independent study to meet assessment deadlines. We expect aroung 46 hours of study per week, completed from home or another independent setting.

As part of the wider study programme, you will have the opportunity to take part in work experience and employer projects to help you develop the practical skills and confidence needed for employment.
