Steven works in further education and is currently Head of SEND and Additional Learning Support (East) at Chichester College Group.
In this role, he focuses on strengthening inclusive support for learners with special educational needs and disabilities, helping remove barriers to participation and progression so that every student can thrive.
As a Governor, Steven brings practical insight from leading learner-support provision and a strong commitment to widening opportunity. He contributes to strategic discussions about how the College can best meet the needs of its community, champion excellent student experience, and ensure that support services enable learners to achieve their goals.
