Louise Muijen

 

Louise Muijen brings extensive senior leadership experience in quality assurance systems, business planning, strategy and governance across the drug/device industry and health sectors.

Since 2007, Louise has worked across manufacturing sites and global headquarters functions in the science industry, leading quality management system (QMS) governance and implementing consistent, compliant ways of working across multiple sites. She has a strong track record in process improvement, risk management, audit and inspection readiness, and developing training and skills programmes, including initiatives that build capability and embed lean working practices.

Professionally, Louise is a Director (QA Systems) at Thermo Fisher Scientific, and has previously held senior roles spanning continuous improvement, training, and strategy and development, including within the NHS. Living in Newbury, she is passionate about helping education providers adapt to rapidly changing workplace needs and is committed to supporting the College in equipping learners with future-ready skills in partnership with employers.
