We prioritise the mental health and wellbeing of our students and staff, recognising that emotional and mental wellbeing is essential for personal growth, academic success, and overall happiness.

Wellbeing Coordinator

We understand that discussing personal issues can be difficult. Our Wellbeing Coordinator, Caroline, is available for personal wellbeing support sessions, providing a safe and private environment for students experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, or other emotional challenges. These sessions are confidential and respectful of your privacy. Information shared during sessions remains private unless there are exceptional circumstances, such as a safeguarding concern.

Workshops and events

Throughout the year, we often provide sessions covering stress management, mindfulness, resilience training, and other practical skills to improve mental health and wellbeing.

External support

Outside of College, you can connect with other local care providers, specialist mental health teams, and support organisations. Please see our extensive list of external support services.
