Our chefs have prepared a menu that highlights the best of Italian regional cuisine:

• Arrival: Sausage-Stuffed Fried Olives served with Prosecco.
• Starter: Earthy Mushroom Ravioli, perfectly complemented by a glass of Nebbiolo.
• Fish Course: Pan Fried Sea Bass with Tomato & Capers, paired with Settesoli Vermentino.
• Main Course: A vibrant Pea Risotto with Roasted Chicken, served alongside Soave.
