Description
Develop as a golfer while building the knowledge and professional skills needed for higher education and careers in sport.

You will explore:
- Sports coaching
- Anatomy and physiology
- Fitness testing and training
- Sports nutrition
- Sports psychology
- Analysis of sports performance
- Sports injuries
- Sports massage
- Planning and improving performance
- Health and fitness
- Professional development in sport
Your golf programme includes regular coaching with PGA Professionals, tailored gym sessions and opportunities to compete. You will use coaching and performance feedback to understand your strengths, identify areas for development and take increasing responsibility for improving your game.
You will also have access to the facilities at Frilford Heath Golf Club, giving you experience of training and learning within a professional golf environment.
Alongside your golf and sport knowledge, you will develop wider skills such as communication, organisation, resilience, teamwork, independent learning and responding positively to feedback.
