Description
Learners will produce a portfolio of mono prints which explore layering and building colour, using cut stencils, organic forms (flowers, leaves), man-made items (packaging - recycling) to mask areas and create pattern on their printing plates. By layering prints on-top of one another dramatic effects will be created. This is a truly addictive process which yields exciting results which vary each time. This course will also incorporate image transfer working with magazines and personal imagery as well as printing onto fabrics.
